that I opened in 2004 primarily to serve the small-order and individual end of the retail market.

SPHERE OF OPERATION
Customers can either purchase embroidered clothing etc. from me, or supply their
own goods for embroidery, subject to certain Terms and Conditions.

My principal market remains one-offs and small orders.
I am now semi-retired and reserve the right to pick and choose when I work.

I am NOT interested in Large Orders, Corporate contracts, Government or Local Authority work.
My business model is small retail, and definitely not trade.
 

*There may be minimum requirements on one or two items, although not usually on clothing.
Upper limits depend on capacity, stock availability at my suppliers
and whether or not I want to take on a job that big. Semi-retired, remember?
