IF YOU ARE FLYING TO THE FALKLANDS SOON
AND YOU WANT SOME EMBROIDERY DONE,
YOU NEED TO ORDER AND PAY

FOUR WEEKS OR MORE

BEFORE YOU ARE DUE TO GO.
If you don't, then the chances are that I won't be able to help you.

If that sounds unreasonable, please consider this:

I have spent most of the last two decades bending over backwards to complete
last-minute orders for Falklands Vets (and others, to be fair) who have suddenly decided that they'd like
something embroidered for "next week."

It's done nothing for my physical or mental wellbeing, so now I've moved to the countryside,
I am kicking back a bit in the hope of surviving into full retirement.

There are all the tedious financial and logistical implications too, but I won't bore you with those.
I'm just not prepared to do it any more.

I do understand that very occasionally you might get a flight at short notice.
(Been there, done that)
If that happens get in touch.

I'll help you out if I can, but I cannot guarantee it.

In all cases, though, you need to read, and take seriously, my
HOURS OF BUSINESS.

I'm not going to kill myself for anyone over embroidery.
Selfish, huh?
