ABS Embroidery is an independent business, with no allegiance nor duty to the Marine Society and Sea Cadets, nor to Sea & Marine Cadet Units, groups or Detachments, nor to Marine Society, Sea & Marine Cadet personnel at any level.

I promote and offer  for sale various products which may or may not be of interest to potential SCC customers and I advertise those products on this website at my absolute discretion.
Such products may or may not be what might considered as having been "approved" or made "official" by any external authority. I do not promote them as such.

Additionally, all other content is placed on, edited in or removed from this website, at my absolute discretion.

I have no right, say or control over what anybody does with any product that they may buy from me. Anyone making any purchase of any description from ABS Embroidery, does so entirely on their own recognisance.
In the same way,  the Marine Society and Sea Cadets, Sea & Marine Cadet Units, groups or Detachments, Marine Society, Sea or Marine Cadet personnel at any level have absolutely no right, say or control over the products that I choose to promote through my business.


None of the above statements affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
